Red Eléctrica Chile

Redinter owns 100% of the shares of Red Eléctrica Chile SPA.

Red Eléctrica Chile SPA is responsible for acquiring, holding, administrating, and managing the assets of Redinter in Chile. In 2016, the company acquired 50% of the share capital of Transmisora Eléctrica del Norte S.A (TEN) from Engie Energía Chile, which holds the other 50% of the share capital.
